Beach Community Mortgage is under the leadership of Pam Woodall, who serves as its President. She was an integral part of the success of Access Mortgage Corporation, the #1 Mortgage Lender in Northwest Florida for almost 10 years until its sale in 2003. As the Executive Vice President in charge of Sales and Production for Access, Pam specialized in all aspects of mortgage lending from origination to closings. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Pam is qualified and committed to delivering the best mortgage products available with the best customer service possible. She works closely with real estate professionals, the customer and the team at Beach Community Mortgage to ensure a seamless hassle-free experience. Michael Tano 
CMB, CRO, ARU, AMP
Senior Vice President of Operations
Michael Tano is Vice President for Beach Community Mortgage. He formerly served
as the Regional Manager with Access Bank and Mortgage. He utilizes his expertise
in the mortgage industry to increase consumer knowledge, serves on industry committees
on the state and national level, and instructs for AllRegs Academy and the Mortgage
Bankers Association (MBA).
Michael is an avid proponent of education and holds a Florida Mortgage Broker’s
License, is a VA Automatic Underwriter, and holds the Certified Mortgage Banker
(CMB), Certified Residential Originator (CRO), Accredited Mortgage Banker (AMP),
Accredited Residential Underwriter (ARU) designations from the MBA. He is a graduate
of Florida State University and of MBA’s Future Leaders Program.
Michael lives in Navarre, Florida with his wife, Lindy, daughter, Mackenzie, and son Reilly.
He is active in his community and coaches softball and soccer.

Regional Sales Manager
A lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle, Balenda is actively involved in the local community. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Women's Council of Realtors, the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Navarre Area Chamber of Commerce and Emerging Leaders. Dawn comes to us with over 7 1/2 years of experience in all facets of the mortgage
business including origination and processing. She earned a BA from Wesleyan
College in Macon, GA and an MA from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.
Following the marriage to her husband, an Eglin AFB firefighter, in 2005, Dawn moved
to the Fort Walton Beach area to further pursue her career in mortgage banking.
Although Dawn specializes in Construction Permanent financing options, she also

John recently relocated from Atlanta back to the Emerald Coast, where he grew up.
He is a graduate of Choctawhatchee High School and many of his relatives still reside
in the area. John earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management
from University of West Florida. After completing his education, John met
his wife Julia and they now have two daughters, Emma and Katie. In 1982 John
tried out for the Atlanta Braves and the Cincinnati Reds in ’87. He
was also the Babe Ruth State Champion in Niceville in 1982. John is the son
of the late Lt Col Ret Edward & Hazel Schroeder and has many brothers and sisters
in the area, including Dr. Mark Schroeder, Robert Schroeder, Jim Schroeder, Ann
Schroeder-McLaughlin, and Mary Schroeder. John’s love of fishing, boating,
and water sports has made the relocation back home an easy one.

Though he spent his early childhood in Indiana, Greg has been a resident of Florida since 1981. He has seen this area change dramatically over the years. After serving in the Air Force, he completed his degree in Finance at the University of West Florida while working at a local bank and has remained in the Financial Services industry ever since. Daniels earned his Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation in May of 2006 and soon after opened his own mortgage planning practice. Stephanie, a graduate of State University of New York, first came to the Emerald
Coast in the early 70’s prior to the development explosion. She enjoyed
living on the Beach for seven years and returned to New York until 1996, when she
made the decision to make the Beaches of Florida her permanent home. Having
lived in the area over such a span of time, Stephanie can appreciate the tremendous
growth of the area over the past 35 years.
She is married to Cameron, an employee with the New York State Health Department,
who will be joining Stephanie in Pensacola Beach upon his retirement in a few
years.
As a member of the Gulf Breeze Rotary Club and the Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze
and Pensacola Chambers of Commerce, Stephanie is very active in the community. She
