President

Beach Community Mortgage is under the leadership of Pam Woodall, who serves as its President. She was an integral part of the success of Access Mortgage Corporation, the #1 Mortgage Lender in Northwest Florida for almost 10 years until its sale in 2003.  As the Executive Vice President in charge of Sales and Production for Access, Pam specialized in all aspects of mortgage lending from origination to closings.  With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Pam is qualified and committed to delivering the best mortgage products available with the best customer service possible.  She works closely with real estate professionals, the customer and the team at Beach Community Mortgage to ensure a seamless hassle-free experience.  Pam’s professional affiliations include the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and she is currently pursuing her Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation. 

Pam is active in the community and has volunteered with the Emerald Coast Foundation, the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. She is an active member of the FWB Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Military Affairs Committee and is a Leadership Okaloosa participant.

Pam lives in Mary Esther with her husband LA and is the proud grandmother of Payton and Noah.

Balenda Hetzel

A lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle, Balenda is actively involved in the local community. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Women's Council of Realtors, the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Navarre Area Chamber of Commerce and Emerging Leaders. She also serves on the board of Shelter House.

Laresa Bowness

Laresa Bowness is a northwest Florida native who currently resides in Crestview, FL.  Laresa has over 17 years of experience in home financing and specializes in working with builders/developers, the military, and first-time home buyers.  She has held virtually every position in the mortgage industry, including underwriter, of which she has her FHA and VA underwriting designations.

Steven Cochran

Greg Daniels

Though he spent his early childhood in Indiana, Greg has been a resident of Florida since 1981.  He has seen this area change dramatically over the years. After serving in the Air Force, he completed his degree in Finance at the University of West Florida while working at a local bank and has remained in the Financial Services industry ever since. Daniels earned his Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation in May of 2006 and soon after opened his own mortgage planning practice. He now assists his loyal clientele and referral partners as a Mortgage Loan Consultant with Beach Community Mortgage.

Richard Harless

Richard Harless, a veteran mortgage lender, has been in the industry for 23 years.  Growing up in Bonifay, he has spent the last 6 years originating loans in Okaloosa County.   He has been involved in Residential Lending Management and Acquisitions and now specializes in government loans, specifically VA products.  Using his knowledge and experience, his promise to his clients is to create a smooth, memorable transaction, one that inspires trust not only for repeat business but also to refer friends and family.  Richard is married with two daughters, both of whom are in college and has three step children.  When he is not financing the American Dream, Richard enjoys playing golf, riding his motorcycle and cheering for his beloved Seminoles.

Dawn comes to us with over 7 1/2 years of experience in all facets of the mortgage business including origination and processing.  She earned a BA from Wesleyan College in Macon, GA and an MA from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.  Following the marriage to her husband, an Eglin AFB firefighter, in 2005, Dawn moved to the Fort Walton Beach area to further pursue her career in mortgage banking.  Although Dawn specializes in Construction Permanent financing options, she also loves helping first time homebuyers and veterans obtain financing for their new homes.

Shellie Isakson

Stephanie O’Connor

Stephanie, a graduate of State University of New York, first came to the Emerald Coast in the early 70’s prior to the development explosion.  She enjoyed living on the Beach for seven years and returned to New York until 1996, when she made the decision to make the Beaches of Florida her permanent home.  Having lived in the area over such a span of time, Stephanie can appreciate the tremendous growth of the area over the past 35 years.

She is married to Cameron, an employee with the New York State Health Department, who will be joining Stephanie in Pensacola Beach upon his retirement in a few years. 

As a member of the Gulf Breeze Rotary Club and the Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Chambers of Commerce, Stephanie is very active in the community.
